Don Tilton – Managing Director: Mr. Tilton is a highly successful Entrepreneur and Executive Leader with more than 22 years of experience founding, growing and leading companies. Mr. Tilton found and served as CEO of Isothermal Systems Research, Inc. He managed the company’s growth from startup to over $40M, successfully navigating the business through several up/down cycles, changes in structure, organization, and strategy. Additional successes for Mr. Tilton include: Co-founding Ecowell, Inc. (a revolutionary new “eco friendly” beverage vending concept), assisted in the formation of University Funds, LLC (focused on developing a new model for commercializing University derived intellectual property), founded Green IT Alliance (non-profit company conducting research and education around IT Energy Efficiency), played a key role in the early formation and building of The Green Grid (an organization dedicated to solving key issues around Data Center power consumption). Don’s entrepreneurial success and technology expertise has helped him to become a formidable and well respected leader in technology ventures. At Washington State University he serves as a Professor for a Technology Ventures Course. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Palouse Discovery Science Center and served as a speaker and panelist at the 2010 Northwest Venture Forum in Spokane. Karsten Olson - Marketing: Mr. Olson has been involved in marketing, branding, and communications for more than 13 years. A local, regional, and national design award winner, Mr. Olson is well versed in brand identity fundamentals, creating brand strategy, and launching brand identity. He has applied this knowledge to create customer-focused marketing plans from mission and vision statements to collateral, public relations, advertising/media buying, tradeshow strategy, product launch, and campaign marketing. He has served many companies, including AT&T Wireless, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Avista Energy, and West Coast Hotels, to name a few. Mr. Olson has earned degrees in art, mathematics, and philosophy. Mr. Olson is co-founder of MindShare and Oasys Solutions. Mr. Olson is based in Spokane, Washington.

David Tilton – Capture Management: Mr. Tilton has more than a decade of experience working with technology companies in federal and commercial markets. He has secured millions in new business for previous employers and clients. Mr. Tilton has worked with all branches of the Department of Defense as well as the departments of energy, homeland security, commerce, and state. He has worked extensively with all major prime contractors as well as leading commercial OEMs, and has gained exposure to clean technology, the datacenter industry, military command-and-control, sensor processing, supercomputing, and advanced thermal management technologies. Mr. Tilton specializes in business development, fund raising strategies, proposal process management, teaming, grant writing, customer relationship development, and capture planning. Mr. Tilton is a founding partner of MindShare and Oasys Solutions. Mr. Tilton is based in Spokane and Seattle, Washington.

Prior to MindShare, he held prior positions with US Trust Bank of America Wealth Management Services and Bank of America Investments. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Finance, and Management Information Systems from Fairfield University in 1998. Mr. Taing is based in Shelton, CT and Palm Coast, FL. Mr. Taing is responsible for Strategic Development of MindShare’s Resource Groups: Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Business Development, Branding & Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Human Resource. He leads the Investment Management Group which specializes in preliminary investment due diligence, connecting MindShare’s portfolio companies with funding opportunities and value added services.
